How to Order

Ordering at Cardinal Cap and Jacket's website is easy, secure and fast. The layout kept the customer in mind, which means each page has the same options and functions as all the other pages. Basically, to place an order, you

  • Choose the item you want to order
  • Select the color option for the item you want from the drop down list. For jacket orders, you must choose the size(s) required.
  • Please note that the prices displayed for jackets is for a blank, undecorated jacket and the default option for jackets is for a blank, undecorated jacket. Direct embroidery for jackets is an option at an additional charge. If you want your jacket to be embroidered, you must choose the option for direct embroidery and enter your copy information in the text box provided.
  • In the box labeled Copy Description, enter the complete, detailed instructions for the embroidery, i.e. "first line to read: ABC Trucking Co.; all in black script, 2nd line to read Any Town, State, all black block lettering. Will email copy of design." Remember, the more complete information received, the better.
  • Choose the quantity desired from the drop down list. Jackets do not have a minimum quantity, and prices displayed are for blank undecorated jackets. All caps do have a minimum order quantity. Price discounts for caps only increase as the quantity ordered increases. Cap prices listed include direct embroidery (up to eight colors).
  • Click on Add to Cart.
  • Follow the instructions in the Shopping Cart to complete your order.
After completing your order in the Shopping Cart, you will receive an order number and an email with your detailed order information. If you need to email a copy of your design, please include your order number and send it to sales@cardinalcapandjacketco.com. Make sure the image is in jpeg (.jpg) or bitmap format or is a pdf document. Jpeg format is preferred.

Things to Remember:

  1. A first and last name are required, both for the billing and shipping addresses, as well as the payment information. Any order lacking a complete contact name will not be processed until the information is provided.
  2. Double check the payment information and addresses provided before completing your order. Erroneous information will delay the processing of your order.
  3. The billing address must be the same as the mailing address for paying by PayPal.
  4. A valid email address is required. This is how we acknowledge receipt of your order, advise you of the status of your order and shipment of your order, and communicate any questions regarding your order. If your email address bounces back to us or is returned as invalid, your order will not be accepted.
  5. When emailing us your design or logo, be sure it is in jpeg or bitmap format. You also may send your design as a pdf document. Special note: zipping the file maintains the integrity of the file and also decreases upload/download times.
